How long does SPLA enrollment take?
Typically, the enrollment process takes 1-2 weeks once all required Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) documentation is submitted and verified by our team. For partners with existing SPLA agreements looking to transfer, the process can be faster.
Can you help if we are currently being audited?
Yes. Our licensing architects specialize in audit defense. We can step in immediately to help normalize your data, identify compliance gaps, and represent your interests. We have a 100% audit pass rate across all partners we have supported through the process.
Does the platform integrate with my billing software?
Our platform features an open REST API that allows you to securely push deployment data from most standard billing and RMM tools directly into our reporting engine. We have pre-built integrations for ConnectWise, WHMCS, and HostBill, with custom integrations available on request.
What is the minimum commitment or contract length?
The SPLA agreement itself is a 3-year enrollment with Microsoft (required by Microsoft, not us). Our partnership has no additional lock-in beyond that. Monthly licensing is pay-as-you-go based on actual deployment counts with no minimum order quantities.
Can I transfer an existing SPLA from another reseller?
Absolutely. We handle SPLA transfers regularly. We will coordinate directly with your current reseller and Microsoft to ensure a seamless transition with no gap in coverage. Most transfers are completed within 2-3 weeks.
